Jay Stewart

Jay Stewart has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jay is currently serving as the Director of North America Solutions Engineering at Accedian since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Spirent Communications as the Principal PLM for Virtual Solutions, where they were responsible for defining and planning the company's move into cloud-native virtualization. Jay also worked at Metaswitch Networks as a Business Development/SE, focusing on Verizon and leading business initiatives and service value of Metaswitch VNFs. Jay also has experience at JDSU, where they served as the Director of Marketing Ethernet Services and Solutions Marketing, driving strategy and business development for the Ethernet and VoIP markets. Before JDSU, they worked at Acterna as a Marketing Protocol Group Manager, responsible for establishing strategic vision and solutions for the company. Jay's career began at W&G USA, where they worked as an Engineer/Engineer Manager from 1987 to 1999.

From 1983 to 1987, Jay Stewart attended East Carolina University, but did not complete a degree or pursue any specific field of study.
