Gordon Comfort

COO at ACCEL

Gordon Comfort is the current COO at ACCEL. Gordon has also been the owner of GC Enterprises, LLC, president and CEO of Voltage Partners, Inc., and the CEO of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia.

Throughout their career, Gordon has demonstrated their ability to provide vision and direction to organizations, craft business development strategies, design and implement processes to support operations and business growth, and develop marketing strategies with clients and other business partners.

Key achievements and contributions include drastically increasing revenue, boosting donation numbers, slashing staff turnover, realizing improvements in employee retention, organizational culture, and innovation across all organizational levels, and structuring lean efficiencies through use of Kaizen methodologies.

Gordon has also built and established partnerships with entities within and outside of the Goodwill movement, such as Habitat for Humanity, The United Way, the Boys and Girls Club, the Children’s Developmental Center, the Mid-Columbia Reading Foundation, Richland School District, The Arc, Special Olympics.

Gordon Comfort has a Master's degree from Harvard University.
