Rachelle Galvan

Rachelle Galvan has worked in various roles over the past 12 years. In 2021, they began working as an HR Business Partner & Office Manager at Accel Robotics, where they partner with the Head of People & Culture to build and align HR programs with business objectives, execute people initiatives, and consult and support the business on benefits, recruitment, employee relations, office management, and facilities. Prior to this, they worked at Memjet Technology from 2009 to 2021, where they held various roles such as Sr. Customer Support Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Office Manager. As Sr. Customer Support Manager, they served as Tier 1 support and hired, trained, and managed a team of Tier 1 support. As Customer Service Representative, they acted as the first line of support for customers with the goal of resolving their requests. As Office Manager, they oversaw daily operations of the office and served as the point person for all office manager duties.
