Elise Jarachovic

Elise Jarachovic is a dedicated human resources professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Jr. Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Administrator at ACCEL Schools since September 2023, Elise focuses on HRIS administration and enhancements, collaborating closely with regional vice presidents and payroll. Prior to this, Elise worked as a Human Resources Account Manager at Group Management Services, Inc., providing comprehensive HR support to client organizations. Experience also includes a role as a Sales Manager at Pandora's Cupcakes, where Elise developed sales strategies and employee training programs, and a Human Resources Intern position at Metropolitan Pool Service, assisting with payroll and recruitment. Elise's career began as a Lifeguard Manager at Canterbury Woods Homeowners Association. Elise holds a degree in Human Resources Development from Kent State University.
