Jacqueline Helms

Jacqueline Helms has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jacqueline started their career in 1990 at Gesa Credit Union, where they worked as an Investment Clerk until 1994. In 1995, they joined Highway District No 1 as a Clerk and Full Charge Bookkeeper and stayed with the company until 2003. During their time there, they gained experience in asset management and grant program management roles. In 2003, Jacqueline joined the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council as an Asset Manager and Grant Program Manager, a position they held until 2005. Jacqueline then moved on to Springbrook Software, where they worked as a Senior Software Consultant and Senior Business Analyst starting in 2005. Finally, in 2015, they joined Accela as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
