Mark Keele

Mark Keele has extensive work experience as a technical writer, with a focus on creating documentation and training materials. Mark started their career in 2003 as a Training and Development Specialist at American Express Bank FSB, where they developed online training materials and Intranet solutions. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Technical Writer and Documentation Team Lead at Raytheon Oakley Systems, Inc., managing a team and writing software documentation. Mark then worked as a Contract Technical Writer at Edustructures and as a Senior Technical Writer/Training Developer at National Oilwell Varco. In these roles, Mark wrote and edited various types of documentation and created training materials. Mark also worked as a Technical Writer at EVault and AccessData. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Partner at Blue Derby Productions, LLC. Mark then joined InfoTrax Systems as a Senior Technical Writer, where they developed processes and procedures for cross-department interactions, created training materials, and wrote technical documentation. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Technical Writer at WTW and subsequently at Accela.

Mark Keele attended Utah State University from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English-Professional Writing.
