Senior Solution Architect at Accela

Nickie Albert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as a Senior Solution Architect at Accela, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Solution Architect at the same company from January 2019 to July 2021. In these roles, Nickie was responsible for developing intuitive and easy-to-use SaaS solutions on the Accela Civic Platform, including configuration, ad hoc reporting, JavaScript engine, and API integration. Nickie's earlier work experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Policy Studies from November 2004 to January 2008, where they participated in projects related to Welfare and Child Support systems, and as a Business Systems Developer at Kraus Organization, Ltd. from December 2005 to May 2006. They also worked as a Software Analyst at the State of Vermont from January 1999 to October 2003, where they provided support, developed new programs, and served as a Project Leader for the implementation of major system modifications. Additionally, they held the positions of Systems Developer and Program Consultant at the State of Vermont from January 1997 to January 1999, where they supervised staff, conducted training, and worked on system enhancements and modifications.

Nickie Albert attended Champlain College from 2000 to 2002, where they completed coursework in computer programming. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1988, Nickie Albert attended Goddard College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a focus on liberal arts and counseling psychology.
