Mohammad Hakim Adiprasetya

Mohammad Hakim Adiprasetya has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mohammad Hakim started their career as a Project Secretary at the Consortium of PT Pamapersada, PT Wijaya Karya, PT Adi Puspita Serasi, and Tenaga Nasional Berhad. Mohammad Hakim then worked as an EPC Project Junior Engineer at Kutilang Paksi Mas, where they managed procurement contracts and liaised with stakeholders for a gas power plant project.

After that, Mohammad joined Halliburton as an Associate Field Professional and later became a Field Engineer, gaining experience in the field engineering sector.

Mohammad Hakim then transitioned to the technology industry, working at Fidelitas Teknologi Internasional as a Project Manager and IT Startup Director. In this role, they managed IT startup incubation projects, designed technical specifications, conducted business development activities, and acted as a lead software developer.

Afterwards, Mohammad worked at Fidelitas Advisors, starting as a Manager and progressing to Senior Manager and Vice President. Mohammad Hakim oversaw various projects such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, structured finance, and family and corporate governance advisory.

Following their time at Fidelitas Advisors, they joined HappyFresh as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and later became a Lead Site Reliability Engineer. Currently, they are working at AccelByte as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer.

Mohammad Hakim Adiprasetya's education history includes pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) from 2011 to 2012. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in the same field at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications. These include certifications such as "DevOps Foundations" and "Security Matters (To Everyone)" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in January 2022 and December 2020 respectively. Mohammad Hakim also obtained certifications such as "Software Architecture Foundations," "Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action (Blinkist Summary)," and "Web Security: OAuth and OpenID Connect" from LinkedIn in November 2020.

Furthermore, they hold certifications in other areas such as "Certificate in Corporate Finance" from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), obtained in December 2016. Mohammad Hakim also obtained the "MAPPI Affiliate Member (PDP 1 Bisnis)" certification from Masyarakat Profesi Penilai Indonesia (Indonesian Society of Appraisers) in April 2012.

In terms of technical certifications, they obtained the "AWS Certified Developer – Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2023. Mohammad Hakim also holds certifications in fields such as radiation protection, explosives handling, and travel safety, including "Surat Izin Bekerja (SIB) Petugas Proteksi Radiasi Industri Tingkat 1 (Radiation Protection Officer)" from BAPETEN in February 2015, "Tropical BOSIET & Travel Safely by Boat-Code 5502 (OPITO Approved)" from PT. Samson Tiara in March 2014, "Izin Juru Tembak Bahan Peledak (Explosives Shooter)" from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in March 2014, and "Izin Pengelolaan Bahan Peledak Migas (Explosives Handling)" from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in March 2014.
