Kim Epley has a diverse work experience spanning several notable companies. Beginning in 2001, Epley served as the Executive Director in charge of global markets, strategic alliances, business development, and channel partners at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. During this time, they focused on leading technical sales, business development, and marketing, while also managing key alliances with companies such as Capgemini, IBM, Avaya, and HP.

In 2006, Epley joined Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they initially held the position of Managing Director for premier (strategic national) accounts. They were recruited based on their success in delivering ambitious growth targets and their deep industry and market insight. Epley played a crucial role in creating and leading Comcast's first-ever sales organization for expanding into Fortune 100 and distributed enterprise market segments. They built a team of nearly 50 high-performing business development and account management professionals with the goal of achieving a nine-figure annual new business target.

From 2019 to 2022, Epley worked at Hargray Communications, where they held various roles within the Business Services division. Their responsibilities included upgrading operational models, improving customer experience, and enhancing revenue capture. Epley led P&L, sales, service delivery, and operations for core and managed IT services across multiple states. They implemented solutions to improve service quality.

Most recently, in 2022, Epley joined Accelecom as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), where they oversee commercial activities and strategies for the company.
