Adam Petrone

Adam Petrone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in insurance operations and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief Transformation & Operations Officer at Accelerant, Adam previously held the position of Head of Insurance Operations and Strategy at At-Bay. Adam's notable tenure at Hiscox USA spanned over a decade, where Adam advanced through various roles, culminating in Senior Vice President, Northeast Regional Executive, overseeing a significant portion of the company's gross written premium. Adam played a key role in developing business plans, managing P&L responsibilities, and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple teams, ultimately driving substantial revenue growth.
