Ricky Urcadez

Ricky Urcadez worked at Accelerate Diagnostics from July 2019 to March 2023, starting as a Technical Support Specialist and progressing to the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist. Currently, they are serving as the Team Lead for Customer Support. Prior to this, they worked at ADP as a District Manager from April 2017 to July 2019.

Ricky Urcadez obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
