Justin Strickland

Justin Strickland is an experienced CEO, Founder, and Managing Partner with a background in various roles within the automotive industry. Justin is the current CEO and Founder of Accelerated Brands, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of Impact Brands, a private investment company specializing in early-stage consumer brands. Justin also founded and served as the CEO of Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change from 2016 to 2022. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Justin worked as a District Sales and Operations Manager at Jiffy Lube International and as a Technician at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Justin began their career as a Stockroom Manager at NAPA AUTO PARTS.

Justin Strickland earned an A.A. Degree from Davidson-Davie Community College in 2008. Justin then pursued studies in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Guilford College from 2006 to 2007. Later, in 2010, they studied Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
