Radha Naidu

Radha Naidu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Radha started their career in 2012 as an HR Executive at Productiva IT Solutions Private Limited. Radha then joined Sheorey Digital Systems Pvt. Ltd. (SDS) in the same role and progressively moved up through various positions, including Senior HR Executive, Lead HR, and Asst Manager - HR. During their time at SDS, Radha contributed across the entire range of HR functions and took on responsibilities such as employee onboarding, background verification, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, rewards and recognition, talent acquisition, and more. In 2019, they joined ORMAE as a Senior HR Consultant and continued in that role until 2021. Currently, Radha is working as a Human Resources Manager at PopcornApps, starting from March 2022.

Radha Naidu obtained an MBA degree in HR & Marketing from Sri Venkateswara University. Radha attended this university from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their MBA, Radha finished their high school education at Z.P.P.High School. No specific degree or field of study was provided for their high school education. Additionally, Radha obtained a certification titled "Become an HR Business Partner" from LinkedIn in February 2022.
