Jamie Dougherty

Jamie Dougherty has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Jamie began their career as a Server & Bartender at Hugo's Restaurant in 2010. Jamie then moved to Arsaga's at the Depot in 2018 as a Server. In the same year, they also began working at Ozark Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics as a Marketing & Social Media Associate. In 2020, they became a Leasing Consultant at AvalonBay Communities. In 2021, they began their role as People Operations Coordinator at ShapeShift. Jamie is currently working as a People Success Partner at Mercury Healthcare (formerly Healthgrades) and as a Talent and Engagement Specialist at Accelo.

Jamie Dougherty obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas in 2018. In 2021, Dougherty also obtained a certification from Crafted Leadership.
