Lubo Popov

Lubo Popov has over 20 years of experience in recruitment. Lubo began their career in 1998 as a Sr. Professional Recruiter for TEKsystems, where they sourced and qualified potential candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and full time IT and Telecommunications positions in Southern California. Lubo also prepared candidates prior to client interviews, and negotiated compensation with candidates as well as bill rates and salaries with clients. In 2007, they moved to Crescent Solutions as a Sr. Recruiter, where they sourced and qualified potential candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and full time IT positions throughout the U.S. and prepared candidates prior to client interviews. In 2012, they joined Clarity Technology Partners as a Director of Recruiting and Lead Technology Recruiter, where they proudly supported and mentored some of the best recruiters around and worked closely with the team to ensure they reach and exceed their professional and production goals. Lubo also started the Orange County, CA office and trained new hires. In 2022, they became the Director of Recruiting, North America for AccelOne.

Lubo Popov attended UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Archaeology.
