Amanda Northrup

Amanda Northrup is an accomplished Scrum Master currently at Accelya Group, specializing in the delivery of high-quality software utilizing the SAFe framework, achieving significant velocity growth. Previously, at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods, Amanda led data-driven continuous improvement initiatives and delivered extensive Agile training. As Associate Director and School Principal at The Exploris School, Amanda implemented Agile principles to coach and support teams, while also overseeing a student body of 450. Amanda's early career included roles as a teacher and training consultant, featuring the development of instructional materials used statewide and leading professional learning initiatives. Amanda holds a BS in Elementary Education and two Master's degrees from Western Carolina University.
