Meri O'Reilly

Meri O'Reilly holds a Master of Business Administration in HR Management from Lewis University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Illinois State University. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at AccentCare since May 2021, Meri has a diverse background in operations and human resources, having previously held positions such as Senior Director of Operations Effectiveness and Director of HR Mergers & Acquisitions at the same company. Prior to this, Meri was People Ops Director at HRS - Health Resource Solutions and Vice President of Operations at Passionate Care Management LLC and NASFE Health. With extensive experience in managing operational efficiencies and HR functions, Meri's career began at TeamHealth, where responsibilities grew from Administrative Director to overseeing integrated services across over 100 hospitals.
