Richard Mansfield

Richard Mansfield serves as the Director of Military Affairs at Red River Hospital since March 2023, focusing on developing Chemical Dependency and Behavioral Health Treatment programs and enhancing military engagement through various marketing strategies. Previously, Mansfield held the role of Program Manager for Air Education and Training at the 82d Training Group, overseeing training processes for the Air Force. Additional experience includes serving as a DOL TAP Facilitator for transitioning military personnel and a long career in the US Army, where Mansfield advanced through various leadership positions, providing strategic counsel on medical operations and training readiness. Mansfield holds a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from American Military University.
