Tom Seguine

Tom Seguine is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Senior Vice President at AccentCare since February 2025. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Optum from May 2022 to February 2025 and President of the West Division at Landmark Health between July 2018 and May 2022. Tom has also held leadership positions as Vice President of Surgical Services at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center and in various roles at DaVita Medical Group, including Senior Director of IPA & Inpatient Operations and Healthcare Analytics. Earlier career experience includes Regional Operations Director and corporate strategy roles at DaVita, as well as financial advising at Legacy Financial Services and trading at EWT, LLC. Tom earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
