Claire Allan

Claire Allan is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, commercial development, and contract management. Currently serving as the Ventures and Acquisitions Legal Integration Lead at Accenture since February 2009, Claire has held various key roles including Legal Deal Lead and Senior Contracts Manager. Prior to Accenture, Claire worked at Telecom New Zealand Limited as a Senior Commercial Development Manager and Supply Chain Manager, and held the position of Corporate Counsel at both AAPT and Telecom Mobile Limited. Claire began professional career as a Commercial Manager at Telecom New Zealand. Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws and Arts with a focus on Law and Politics from Victoria University of Wellington, completed in 1998.
