Mary Bresnan

Mary Bresnan is a seasoned legal professional specializing in employee benefits and executive compensation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Benefits Law in North America at Accenture since January 2016, Mary also holds the title of North America Benefits Counsel. Prior to this role, Mary gained nearly a decade of experience as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where expertise was developed in advising clients on the design, drafting, implementation, and qualification of various qualified plans, including 401(k) and other benefit programs. Mary holds a Juris Doctor degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College.
