Nicole Lehman is an experienced Strategy Consultant at Accenture, with a strong background in talent strategy and consulting. At Accenture, Nicole collaborated with C-suite leaders to develop innovative operating models while supporting a global talent strategy for over 40,000 practitioners. Nicole's journey at Accenture began with the Talent Accelerator Program, focusing on creating future-oriented leaders.
