V. Gairola

V. Gairola is currently the Operations Lead at Accenture. Before that, they worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture from June 1999 to May 2003. There, they worked on various assignments with blue-chip Indian companies, including strategic cost reduction, business process engineering and profit improvement—across multiple industries. They also restructured supply chain operations for one of the largest government organizations in the world to increase revenue and reduce costs; integrated and synchronized supply chain operations for a leading Indian pharmaceutical company; managed a cost reduction and work practices review initiative for an Indian textiles company and a leading Auto component manufacturer; and managed strategic cost reduction initiative for a stainless-steel producer, developing an optimization tool to support the cost-effective production of stainless-steel of any composition. From May 2003 to October 2004, they worked as Manager - Business Consulting at HCL Technologies. And from July 1994 to June 1997, they worked as a CNC Engineer at Asea Brown Boveri Limited.

V. Gairola has a PGDM in Manufacturing / Operations Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research as well as a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. V. also has a certification from The Academy for Healthcare Management and America's Health Insurance Plans in Fellow, Academy for Healthcare Management.
