Vandita Dhariyal

Vandita Dhariyal is a Management Consulting Delivery Senior Analyst at Accenture since October 2021, specializing in developing learning solutions and strategies for clients in the Health and Insurance industry, including successful redesign of learning curricula. Previously, Vandita served as a Management Consulting Delivery Analyst and Manager of Employee Engagement and Organizational Development at Gateway Group of Companies, leading recruitment, onboarding, and development programs for over 80 freshers annually and managing a team of 170 members. Early career experiences include roles such as Assistant Manager in Human Resources at LSE and organizational consultancy, where Vandita contributed to curriculum development and organizational analysis. Vandita holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
