Jeremy Alexander

Jeremy Alexander is the Director of Delivery at Accept.inc. Jeremy has been in this position since May 2020. Prior to that, they were the Technical Project Manager at Accept.inc from September 2020 to October 2020. Jeremy also worked as a Project Manager III at M&T Bank from March 2016 to October 2016.

Jeremy has experience leading strategic, high priority projects with the goal of enhancing customer experience. Jeremy is skilled in project estimation, high-level design, and resource allocation. Jeremy is also experienced in PowerPoint and Visio presentations to demonstrate technical designs, schedules, risks, and issues to business and technical leaders.

During their time at M&T Bank, Jeremy led a critical program to install Teller Cash Recyclers (TCR) across 800 branches. This improved transaction speed and efficiency for the customers. Jeremy also led a key project to enable instant availability for cashed checks which resulted in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

Jeremy Alexander has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems from University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a BA in Accounting & Business Administration from Bluffton University. Jeremy also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Liberty University. Jeremy is certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner and AWS - Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. Jeremy is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
