Sarah Wallace, PHR, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at Access Community Health Network, an organization dedicated to providing primary and preventive care in underserved areas of Chicago. With extensive experience in human resources, Sarah has held several leadership roles including Human Resources Director at EYE SURGEONS ASSOCIATES, P.C. and Director of People and Culture at WellSpire. Sarah's previous positions also include Human Resources Director at Lynco Products and Project NOW INC., and HR Coordinator at Community Health Care, Inc., an organization focused on delivering compassionate and accessible healthcare services. Sarah began their career in human resources at G4S Secure Solutions, eventually moving through various roles, including administrative support and retail management at ALDI USA and Fareway Stores, Inc. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Arts from Muscatine Community College.
