Lisa Garver is a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a background in managing HR functions at various manufacturing facilities. Lisa has expertise in staffing, recruiting, training, associate relations, payroll, safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, workers compensation, and collective bargaining contracts. Lisa also has experience in developing and implementing employee orientation programs, accident investigation kits, and employee safety participation programs. Lisa holds a BBA in Business Management/Human Resources from Kennesaw State University.
