Viktor Tsvetkov

Viktor Tsvetkov is the Head of Payments and Business Development at Access Finance AD, with a focus on managing relationships with payment schemes and vendors. In addition, he is the Head of Telecoms Business Line and Head of Payments and Fraud Management at Access Finance Inc., where he oversees the development of financial products and fraud prevention in the credit card program. Prior to these roles, he held positions such as Head of Credit cards at Eurobank Bulgaria AD and Product Manager - Credit Cards at Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD. Throughout his career, Viktor has also worked in marketing and sales management roles, showcasing his diverse skill set and experience. He holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Tsenov Academy of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Varna University of Economics.
