Abhishek Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Abhishek started their career in 2014 as a Client Relationship Executive at Global Audio Text Solutions, where they worked until 2016. From there, they joined HCL Technologies as a Customer Service Executive, specializing in chat support for Pearson Vue testing. In 2017, Abhishek moved to Access Financial, where they held various roles such as ATA- Executive, Assistant Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Section – Care and Compliance.
Abhishek Gupta completed their Master's Degree in Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including "Techniques & Methods for Effective ways to handle difficult, angry & demanding customers" from Conicon Training & Management Consulting in February 2023, "AMCAT Certified Corporate Communications Professional" from Aspiring Minds in October 2014, and "AMCAT Certified Creative Content Developer" from Aspiring Minds in October 2014.
