Melissa Flanagan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, and health investigation. Currently serving as a Disease Investigator and Contact Tracer at Lacuna Health since October 2020, Melissa conducts detailed interviews regarding Covid-19 exposure and coordinates with leadership on protocol updates. As the founder of a vacation-property management company since 2006, Melissa collaborates with homeowners and realtors to manage luxury rental properties. Previous roles include Chief Stewardess on the S/Y Endeavour from 2002 to 2005, where management of a luxury yacht's interior was key, and Retail Store Manager at Team One Newport from 1989 to 2002, overseeing operations for a technical clothing and safety equipment retailer. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
