Melissa Thornton is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in data analytics, reporting, and process documentation. Currently part of the Data, Analytics, and Reporting Team at Access Point since February 2020, Melissa has played a crucial role in COVID-19 contact tracking for the City of Louisville and has developed various reporting metrics for healthcare facilities. Prior to this, Melissa worked with Lacuna Health and Humana, where responsibilities included leading reporting teams, developing employee scorecards, and creating procedural documentation. Melissa began the professional journey at Owens Corning in a sales support role, distinguished as the first vendor representative allowed to input pricing directly into Lowe's corporate system. Educational credentials include degrees from the University of Louisville and The University of Toledo.
