Anton Yarkov

Anton Yarkov has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Anton began their career in 2007 as a Content Manager at ehouse, where they researched datasheets and prepared content databases for web shops.

In 2009, Anton joined Software Technologies LLC as a QA/Test Engineer/Product Specialist, where they implemented test automation using AQA TestComplete for ESRI ArcLogistics. Anton later transitioned to the role of Software Developer C#/C++, where they were responsible for developing main functional parts of the client-server application ESRI ArcLogistics, focusing on logistics and route planning.

In 2013, Anton became the Lead Software Developer at TRAVELSYSTEM, leading the development of a high-loaded online booking system. Anton then joined Velocity Markets in 2014 as a Senior Software Developer, working on a high-traffic trading statistics system for the Forex market.

Anton's most recent experience includes working at Access Softek, where they held various roles. Anton started as a Senior C# Software Developer, contributing to the design and development of an innovative online banking system. Anton then became an Engineering Manager and Chief of Development Staff in the Banking team, leading a highly distributed team of software engineers and collaborating with C-level management on technical and development staffing solutions. Currently, Anton serves as the Lead Software Engineer/Engineering Director in the Banking team at Access Softek, leading the rebuilding of online banking functionality with a focus on cloud solutions and providing mentorship to a team of over 100 engineers. Anton has hands-on experience with cloud-native development using AWS and API technologies.

Throughout their career, Anton has demonstrated expertise in code design, architecture, and development processes. Anton has extensive experience in software development, particularly in the banking and finance industry.

Anton Yarkov obtained their Specialist/Master Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Southern Federal University (formerly known as Taganrog State Radiotechnical University) and Taganrog State Radio Technical University. Anton completed this degree from 2003 to 2009.

Additionally, Anton Yarkov has earned various certifications throughout their education and career. These include a Qualification upgrade in programming advanced algorithms from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) in April 2021, membership in the DZone Core community in March 2021, AWS Innovate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021, and the Chief of Staff Association certification in 2021.

Furthermore, Anton Yarkov has obtained certifications such as Record of completion course AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional 2019 and Record of completion course AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate 2020 from A Cloud Guru in January 2020. Anton also completed a Record of completion .NET Core Microservices course from Udemy in November 2019.

In addition to these certifications, Anton Yarkov has completed courses on various topics, including AWS Lambda, AWS Serverless Framework with GraphQL, Serverless for Beginners, and The Complete Serverless Course, all from A Cloud Guru in August 2019. Anton also completed the EFSET Quick English Check and obtained an Advanced / Proficient (CEFR C1/C2) score from EF Education First in February 2017.

Anton Yarkov has further certifications in C++ programming from the Computer Science Center in November 2015 and C# 5.0 Brainbench certification from Brainbench in October 2014. Anton holds the Certified C++/C# Programmer certification from oDesk since July 2012, and they completed the HTML5 Game Development course from Udacity in the same month and year. Additionally, they obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2020.
