Oksana Zarukaeva

Oksana Zarukaeva has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Oksana currently works at Women in Agile, where they are involved in the Scholarship Program Operations. Prior to this, Oksana worked at Access Softek as a Scrum Master. Oksana also had a role as an Agile Coach at Kapital Bank. Oksana gained coaching experience at STEP IT Academy, where they worked as a Coach for three years. Additionally, they worked at WWF as an In-House Coach and at IREX as Grants Manager and Project Manager. Their early career included a position as a Finance Administrative Assistant at UNDP. Overall, Oksana has a strong background in project management, coaching, and agile methodologies.

Oksana Zarukaeva completed their Master's degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at Northern Ossetian State University named after K.L.Hetagurov from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Oksana has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the following: Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in March 2023, Decomposition for Agile Teams (DAT) from Scrum Ukraine in December 2022, Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) from The LeSS Company in September 2022, Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) from ICAgile in July 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022, Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile in June 2022, ICAgile Certified Professional Agile (ICP) from ICAgile in April 2022, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2021, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in December 2015, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in August 2015.
