Vladimir Vinogradov

Vladimir Vinogradov has extensive experience in the field of software testing and project management. Vladimir started their career in 2004 at Symphony Teleca/Telma, where they served as a Sr. Test Engineer, QA Lead, and Scrum Master. During their time there, they managed a team of 5-10 Test engineers and was responsible for manual black/grey box testing of mobile devices and applications. Vladimir also worked on long-term projects with companies such as Motorola, Sony, and BlackBerry, and gained experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. In 2014, Vladimir joined Access Softek as a Scrum Master and Sr. QA Engineer. In this role, they introduced and implemented Agile principles and was involved in web E2E and API test automation using C#/Selenium/xUnit/Bamboo automation stack. Vladimir also conducted manual and automated testing of Mobile Bank applications for Android OS and iOS.

Vladimir Vinogradov obtained a Master's Degree in Automation of Technological Processes and Productions from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, as well as Certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. These certifications were obtained in 2023, with PSM II and Certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master certifications obtained in June, and PSM I certification obtained in April.
