Jessica Perk-Alvarez

Jessica Perk-Alvarez is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in clinical quality assurance and behavioral health. Currently serving as the Clinical Quality Lead at Access: Supports for Living since November 2018, Jessica supervises the Clinical Quality Team, oversees incident investigations, conducts utilization reviews, and manages audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Jessica has also worked as a Dance Teacher at Footworks Dance Center, instructing children in hip hop, while previously holding roles such as Long Term Care Systems Specialist with the New York State Office for the Aging, and participated in various research and program evaluation projects related to disability support and veteran services. Jessica holds a Master's in Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's in Human Services and Sociology from Mount Saint Mary College.
