Randy Kellar

Randy Kellar has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Administrative Manager at MedStar Research Institute, overseeing daily operations and managing a large staff. From 2006 to 2008, Randy served as a Human Resource Generalist at MedStar-Georgetown University Hospital, where they handled HR needs and executed new-hire processes. Randy then worked as an Adjunct Professor at Catholic University of America from 2009 to 2011. Randy also held positions at Psychiatric Institute of Washington, where they served as the Director of Information Systems and later as the Director of Human Resources. At AIPAC, they worked as the Director of Human Resource Management, overseeing the department's operations and managing a team. Randy also served as the Co-Chairman of the HR Committee at DC Hospital Association from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they worked at Kastle Systems as a Human Resources Executive and at Sodexo as an Operations Service Manager in the healthcare sector. Most recently, Randy worked as the Associate Executive Director of Human Resources at AccessCNY. Randy is currently semi-retired as of August 2023.

Randy Kellar completed their education at The Catholic University of America from 2006 to 2008, earning a Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM). Prior to that, they attended American InterContinental University from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in both Human Resource Management and Healthcare Management. In 2016, Randy Kellar obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
