Chris Gangemi

Chris Gangemi has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles with Procter & Gamble, adidas, Reebok, and Access | Information Management. Most recently, Chris served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Access | Information Management, starting in 2023. Prior to that, Chris was an HR Consultant at Procter & Gamble from April 2023 to September 2023. Chris also held important positions at Reebok, where they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Interim VP of HR, overseeing HR operations for the Reebok brand and leading integration efforts during an acquisition. At adidas, Chris served as the Human Resources Director for the Reebok brand as well as the Human Resources Director for adidas Group Functions, acting as a strategic business partner for various corporate functions. Chris also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at adidas and as a Human Resources Manager at Procter & Gamble.

Chris Gangemi has a Bachelors of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bridgewater State University. Additionally, they hold a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. Chris Gangemi also has certifications in Change Management using the Bridges Model and is a certified InsideOut Coaching (GROW Model) facilitator.
