Taylor Cournoyer

Taylor Cournoyer is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead at Access | Information Management since March 2021. Responsibilities include full desk recruiting across various sectors such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Sales, Client Care, and Operations, as well as managing a team of Recruiting Coordinators for onboarding new employees. Previously, Taylor worked as a Professional Recruiter at East Street Solutions, which ceased operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and at Robert Half, where recognition included being named Accountemps Rookie of the Year.
