Benjamin Shoemaker

Benjamin Shoemaker has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Benjamin began their career at Farmers Insurance as a Commercial Sales Supervisor, where they supervised the sales team. In 2009, they joined Kraft Lake Insurance Agency as an Operations Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the agency. Benjamin then moved on to Great American Insurance Group in 2015, working as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, they focused on developing new business opportunities. Currently, Benjamin is the Vice President at Commercial Insurance Group LLC, a position they have held since 2019.

Benjamin Shoemaker obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising from Davenport University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Working with Upset Customers" from LinkedIn in 2021.
