Daniel Mottershead

Daniel Mottershead has worked in various roles throughout their career. Daniel'smost recent position was as the Head of Cyber Security at AccessPay since September 2022. Before that, they worked as the Information Security Operations Manager at AccessPay from May 2021 to September 2022. Prior to joining AccessPay, Daniel worked as an Information Security Business Change Consultant at Bupa from September 2020 to May 2021. Daniel also served as an Information Security Manager at Utiligroup from July 2018 to September 2020. Before that, Daniel worked in the Information Security department of the UK Ministry of Defence from September 2011 to September 2018. Daniel started their career at Graduate Prospects as an Account Executive in May 2011 before moving on to work as a Business Development Manager at CD Sales Recruitment from June 2010 to April 2011. Daniel's earliest known position was as a TAM at Office Depot from 2009 to 2010.

Daniel Mottershead has a diverse education history. In 2004, they started their studies at MMU, where they pursued a degree in History with a specialization in Modern History. Daniel completed their studies in 2007. Later on, they enrolled in Staffordshire University, where they obtained a BSc degree in Cyber. Daniel finished their studies in 2018.

In addition to their academic education, Daniel Mottershead also obtained two certifications. In July 2018, they received the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from IBITGQ. Furthermore, in May 2022, they acquired the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
