Mohammed Shelim has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mohammed started their career in 2009 as a Web/Graphic Designer and IT Support role at Nurjahan Ltd, where they designed web forms and provided technical support for PCs and printers. In 2010, they worked as an IT Support Technician at SLM Connect, handling first and second-line support tasks. Within the same company, they were promoted to the role of IT Support Analyst 3rd Line and AMCAT Dialler Manager, where they resolved IT problems, managed dialler systems, and created reports using SQL Server. Mohammed then became a Data Analyst, Network Engineer, VICIDIAL and AMCAT Senior Dialler Manager, overseeing data changes, managing dialler systems, troubleshooting servers, and creating backups. In 2016, Shelim joined Noble Systems as a System Support Engineer, providing support for call centers, telephony equipment, and Linux servers. Mohammed had various responsibilities like technical problem mitigation, issue management, and Linux/Unix server administration. Currently, Shelim is working at AccessPay as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, with previous experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer.
Mohammed Shelim attended Grange School in Oldham from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Information Technology. In 2007, they obtained an Applied ICT AS Level in Data Handling from Oldham Sixth Form College. Additionally, they earned certifications in various fields, including A+ IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software from CompTIA and Web Design using HTML, CSS & PHP through self-study online courses. Mohammed also obtained a certification in AMCAT Contact Centre Suite Accreditation from Noble Systems. In 2011, they completed a course in Data Management and MI Reporting using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Excel through self-study online platforms. Finally, in 2013, they received a certification in CISCO CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco.
