Mirco Balladini

Mirco Balladini is an experienced manufacturing and production manager with a strong background in the steel industry. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Acciaierie Bertoli Safau SpA since July 2020, Mirco oversees operations at the Plant Qualisteel. Previously, Mirco held the position of Direttore di produzione e logistica at Qualisteel srl from October 2006 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing special steel processing, logistics, production scheduling, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Earlier career experience includes a role as Responsabile programmazione produzione at Metecno from October 1999 to October 2006, focusing on production programming for insulated panels and managing personnel and budget controls. Mirco holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Crossnova Academy and has completed additional training in production management and commercial accounting.
