Aditya Agarwal

Aditya Agarwal is a Young Professional on Accion’s Global Advisory Solutions, based in India. Aditya assists the senior advisors in coordinating fieldwork by contributing to the development of project plans and preparing for workshops and interviews. He is also involved in requirements gathering and conducting market scans to analyze key trends to identify market opportunities and compile findings for country dossiers.

Prior to joining Accion, Aditya worked as a management consultant with INAAVI Consultancy, Kolkata, on business process improvement projects across various industries. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Commerce with a specialization in Finance and Taxation from the University of Calcutta. He completed his MBA with majors in Finance and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
