Ana Benita

Ana Benita Aramendia currently serves as the Director of Organization, Talent, and Health at ACCIONA Energía since May 2022. Previously, Ana held several key positions at FCC Servicios Ciudadanos, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Labor Relations from January 2014 to May 2022. Additionally, Ana was a board member at FREMAP from May 2015 to May 2022 and has experience as an Associate Professor at both the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and IE Business School. Earlier in Ana's career, roles included HR Business Partner at Iberia and Labor Law Manager at Vodafone. Ana began the professional journey at Garrigues as a Labor Law Associate. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Law from Comillas Pontifical University and studies at Esade and JESUS MAESTRO.
