Helena Svensson

Helena Svensson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in international HR management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources International at ACCO Brands since April 2023, Helena oversees HR initiatives across EMEA, ANZ, and APAC regions. Previous roles include Vice President HR Transformation & Global Strategy at Bosch from April 2013 to April 2023, as well as various leadership positions in international human resource management within Bosch Powertrain Solutions and Bosch Emission Systems GmbH & Co. KG. Helena's career began at Bosch in October 2002, progressing through HR management roles before transitioning to Voith Group as HR Director for International Assignments and Field Services. Helena holds an MBA from Universität des Saarlandes and participated in an exchange program at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
