Juliana Batista

Juliana Batista is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the consumer goods sector. From October 2017 to January 2023, Juliana served as Vice President of Human Resources for International operations at General Mills, where responsibilities included leading global diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, as well as holding the position of Senior Human Resources Director for US Retail Sales. Prior to General Mills, Juliana worked at Unilever from January 2001 to April 2006 as a Human Resources Coordinator. Juliana's educational background includes a degree in Business from PUC Minas (1998-2001) and advanced studies in Human Resources Strategies and Management at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2003-2004).
