Madeline Holmes

Madeline Holmes is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Accolade, Inc. since June 2022, after previously holding the position of Manager, Customer Success. In addition, Madeline has been with 2nd.MD since March 2019, initially as an Account Manager and later as a Client Management Department Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Ecommerce Operations and Creative Marketing Manager at Golden Thread from December 2015 to March 2019 and an internship in Human Resources at the Heart Hospital of Austin in early 2014. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University, earned in 2014.
