Katy Allen

Katy Allen currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Health+ at Bounteous, a position held since March 2022. With extensive experience in strategy, operations, and healthcare, Katy has previously held significant roles at ICF Next as Senior Partner and Line of Business Lead in Business Consulting, and during a decade at ICF in various leadership capacities including Vice President and Partner. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Ironworks Consulting and Information Technology Account Management at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Katy's education includes a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration with a focus on Healthcare from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a certificate in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & History from the University of Connecticut.
