Renaud Laborbe

Renaud Laborbe brings a wealth of experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Responsable de production hospitalité at Accor Arena since November 2022. Prior to this role, Renaud worked as Chef de poste cuisine at Saint Clair Le Traiteur from November 2015 to November 2022. Renaud also held positions as Chef de partie pâtisserie at both Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris and Hostellerie du Nord, contributing expertise in dessert preparation and menu development.
