Karlena James is an experienced events management professional with a robust career spanning various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Events Manager at CEDA since March 2021, Karlena has held multiple positions in event management, including roles as Manager - Conference and Events at Austmine and Event Manager in the Venues and Services Industry. Previous experience includes significant tenures at CEDA as a Senior Events Coordinator and at Diabetes Australia-NSW as an Events Coordinator. Karlena has also worked in customer service management roles at ANZ Stadium since 2003. Academic qualifications include a BA in Applied Science (Sport Management) from Western Sydney University and a Digital Marketing Certificate from ADMA IQ.
